WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept the following payment methods:

RoThugApparel.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Debit cards are also accepted as long as they have a Visa or MasterCard logo. These cards are secure and provide for the fastest order processing.
PayPal
PayPal payments are also accepted. Proceed through our online checkout and select PayPal as your payment. Sorry, but we do not accept PayPal e-checks.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
IT’S IMPORTANT TO US THAT YOU'RE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR ROTHUGAPPAREL.COM MERCHANDISE.
We accept returns for up to 30 days after receipt of your purchase. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging, with store tags attached. Sorry, but we cannot take back intimate items including underwear, swimwear, or bodysuits.
To send an item back to us, please enclose the DrJays.com invoice which arrived with your package. You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as DrJays.com cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. You are also responsible for the return shipping fee.
All returns must be sent to our Returns Department.
Return address will be located on the packing slip you received with your purchase.
Once we receive your return package, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Due to our rapidly changing store inventory, RoThugApparel.com does not process exchanges. We suggest that you send your merchandise back to us for a refund, and place a new order with us at any time.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Standard Shipping — Low cost-effective delivery for packages under 70 lbs. Typically 2 to 9 business days within the contiguous US for delivery. Standard Shipping is available to all US addresses, including P.O. Boxes. This carrier picks up your DrJays.com package from our fulfillment facility and passes the package on to the US Post Office (USPS) for final mile delivery.
*Rothco Brand Items — Our Rothco brand items are shipped from a separate warehouse and are subject to the following restrictions:
No express shipping. Please allow 2-9 business days for delivery.
No shipping outside of the USA or U.S. Territories.
No shipping to APO/FPO addresses.
*Orders with a weight of over 50 total lbs or that require multiple package shipments, may be subject to shipping charges that are higher than our standard rates. Orders meeting these provisions, will be held, and you will be contacted for approval on additional shipping charges before releasing your order for shipment.
